I have grown up on these noodles.  They are some of the easiest things to make.  When ever someone is not feeling well I love to make this dish.  I learned this recipe from my mother.

The other night I made a 25lb Turkey (I needed to make space in my freezer).   I used the broth and turkey meat for the Soup.  I put the freshly made homemade noodles in to the soup as it was right between a simmer and a boil.   The entire house smelled amazing.  It was perfect for the whole family and it is even better the next day.   I will post recipes in the next few weeks.
