This past weekend I made over 130 cupcakes, cake bites, truffles and maple bars.   My cousin Christopher, my son Joey and my baby sister Madison, all helped with these creations.  They helped decorate, knead, taste and bake everything.   These were our Nana's favorite flavors and desserts.   We got creative.
